Milford Boat Works...

...as it was back in 1984. Today it is painted light gray and has a different feel.

It was fun to stop in last summer and visit with the owner and some others.

January 1st is around the corner, along with an end to my daily posts, at least for now.
Dementia is so debilitating and Hubby needs more of my time.

@Devi: Thanks Devi. The wood wasn't weathering well, so they felt they had to get some protective paint on it. The soft gray does go well in the nautical setting, however. ;D

Love the warm mood here; love the natural cedar; fantastic photo ... I didn't really care for the gray version of the building -- I think it lacks ambience... just my opinion :)

@RBL: I loved the warm, natural tones also ... but must admit that the new, clean, gray and white does fit the New England nautical setting. ;)
