Work area outside...

FUJIFILM FinePix HS30EXR 1/320 second F/4.0 ISO 100 8 mm

January 1st is around the corner, along with an end to my daily posts, at least for now.
Dementia is so debilitating and Hubby needs more of my time.

It is mind boggling to me what they can carry around on their way! They are actually a "mobile theatre" playing one and the same play! And yet...everything is too clean, there's a lack of truth in the situation....

@Japanalia: I understand what you are saying about how clean things are, but I respect the reenactors for caring enough to replicate the battle environment and to take care of their equipment.

i second gabriela's comment ... amazing what they took with them on their travels! soldiers as tourists, almost ...
and what a great idea to re-enact these events and let them be forgotten !

@franz: Thank you, Franz ... and I suspect you meant "let them NOT be forgotten!"

What a story all this kit starts to tell - very well organized by the looks of it.

@Ronnie 2¢: Each year that we visit, we're amazed at the dedication of the reenactors. Many times it is a family commitment.
