The Power of Three...

Posted by
Judy aka L@dybug (Brooksville, FL, United States) on 11 June 2012 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

...legs of our grandchildren, taken at a farm in New Jersey. It is a powerful image of steps into their futures for me, and admittedly an archived image that was previously posted two years ago.

Other submissions for this Power of Three theme are here.

January 1st is around the corner, along with an end to my daily posts, at least for now.
Dementia is so debilitating and Hubby needs more of my time.

Curly from South Shields, United Kingdom

Good one for the theme, it would be interesting to get them together every few years to reshoot this.

11 Jun 2012 10:56am

@Curly: Good idea, Curly ... if only they didn't live so far apart ... one in Colorado and two here.

Viewfinder from Bradenton, FL, United States

Archived, but so perfect for the theme. It would take a lot to top this one!

11 Jun 2012 1:05pm

@Viewfinder: Thanks, Glenn. After sharing Bridget's 'growth' over four days, this one of our other three grandchildren was the one that worked for the theme. I have other photos of threes, but . . .

Eric Cousineau from Sherwood Park, Canada

Steven from Chicagoland, United States

And what a big "step" into their futures! Hopefully they're even closer to their goals two years later.

12 Jun 2012 1:31am

@Steven: Thanks, Steven ... and at 13.5, 10.5 & 9.5 (can't forget those 1/2 years at their ages), they're moving up the ladder every day!
