Dementia is so debilitating and Hubby needs more of my time.

@Scott F. Schilling: Ohhh, you don't know how much this warms my heart, Scott. At 73, my one main regret in life is that we didn't make room in our home for several adopted children. Sadly, on a firefighter's income, our three were about all we could manage to take care of financially.
