People are so careless...

Posted by
Judy aka L@dybug (Brooksville, FL, United States) on 25 January 2011 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio.

...leaving food uncovered, but it made for a good photo op!
This is the last bird image for a while; tomorrow I begin a series of our local Civil War reenactment.

DSC-H5 1/250 second F/4.0 ISO 125 51 mm

January 1st is around the corner, along with an end to my daily posts, at least for now.
Dementia is so debilitating and Hubby needs more of my time.

This carelessness has no harm, Judy. Giving is happier than receiving anyway.
An excellent shot with great tone and DOF!

@Mimosa: It's the basket of French fries just beyond his feet that probably are no better for him than they are for humans. ;D

Love the way the tail feathers or wing tips are crossed.

@B. Thomas: He was very cautious with Mike and I close by.

Franz from Baden, Austria

those gulls are real scavengers, they will leave nothing untouched! but i love them, they are elegant, funny, nice to photograph, and artistes of the air! this is a very handsome frame that shows their character well!

25 Jan 2011 3:02pm

@Franz: I like them also ... on land or in the air. Thank you for your kind words.
