@Curly: I hear you re; the "disposable" era we live in, but there are still many who chose to 'wield a needle' ... <grin> @Ainsley: Thank you, Ainsley ... and I fully agree! @Joyce: Thank you, Joyce; I'm happy you can relate to some of our shared past. I do wear some 'long flowing' muu muus that I make - so simple and comfortable during our hot, Florida summers. 'D @Jeff: Ha, ha ... after a month of birds, I just needed to see some things in the house! ;D @Slackwater - Don: Thank you, Don ... life if full of memories! @Don Levesque: Thank you, Don ... and i agree with you. Every now and then we need to look around and relish in our memories. @Steven: Thank you, Steven ... I appreciate your words. @Eric Cousineau: Thanks so much, Eric ... and you're right, a "lifetime" of experiences. @B. Thomas: Thanks, Barbara. @Maria: It was a joy to create a memory box. @Othersideblue: Thank YOU, for your comment! @franz: Thank you again, Franz ... and the sizes of the old spools are remarkable. Thanks for the stars! ;D @Japanalia: I sewed for soooooo many years, and still do a little, but the memory box lets me look back and enjoy. ;D |
