I hope to have some special photos when we return, but I'll have no internet connection while gone so I won't be able to comment. Thank you so much for visiting my blog; your comments are greatly appreciated. I apologize for not getting to all of your posts. I will visit as time permits. ---~--- Philippians 4:13 'We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.' ... <*}}}><

Mhélène from Paris, FranceWhat a beautiful game of sun and lovely colors of leaves ! 15 Oct 2009 9:06am Viewfinder from Bradenton, FL, United StatesI'm impressed! Where in the world do you find reds like this in Florida? 15 Oct 2009 1:54pm @Viewfinder: This particular red is in our Camphor tree in the side yard. Others posted during our trip were from 'up the hill' near a local bank and of course in Virginia from several years ago. Marion from Nanaimo, BC, CanadaVery pretty. I hope you are enjoying yourselves immensely but I miss you. 15 Oct 2009 5:00pm Chris from South Jersey, United Statesgreat colors - love the water droplets as well...... 15 Oct 2009 5:53pm Lambspun from Madison, Maine, United StatesVery beautiful red leaves. These colors were special finds; I guess my brain is immediately drawn to it when I see it. Laurie from New Jersey, United StatesSeems unusual to see fall colors in Florida. Beautiful. Hope you are having a great trip. I was in Georgia a couple of weeks ago. We took a side trip to the mountains 2 of the days we were there. It was very pretty. 16 Oct 2009 6:48pm @Laurie: Thanks, Laurie; our trip was great, with good, gentle color and many winding roads in the Hiawassee area. Magda from Vancouver, CanadaLove the Autumn colours! I wish it would last for months.... With our wet climate the gorgeous colours don't last long - I'm desperate to take as many photos now before winter rolls in.... 16 Oct 2009 7:08pm @Magda: Thanks, Magda, but our colors don't compare to the brilliance in your area. Japanalia from Yokohama, JapanThe shot makes me think of lipstick fresh on the lips of Autumn! 19 Oct 2009 11:36am @Japanalia: Thank you so much for your many comments while we were gone. No time to reply individually, but please know they are all appreciated. I hope to get to see your postings while I was gone soon. |
