Bill Jennings from (Bay Area Northern Calif), United StatesI like how you used a shallower f/stop to slightly blur the background to really pull Bridget out into the front so well. A great graduation shot. I am sure she was glad you were there for her! 23 May 2009 5:49am @Bill Jennings: To be truthful, the overcast sky was throwing so many light changes at me that this was an 'auto' setting. I guess my Sony did the right things. <grin> People were standing all around waiting for me to get my shots so it wasn't as if I had much time to prepare. ... Yes, Bridget was thrilled we were there with her. Marion from Nanaimo, BC, CanadaWhat a radiant smile on a very beautiful young lady. I always tell my grandchildren that I love them to pieces too. I wonder where that saying came from?? We really don't want them in pieces. :>)) 23 May 2009 5:51am @Marion: You are so right, Marion ... we don't want them "in pieces" and I have no idea where that phrase came from.
