Israel, here we come...

80 from our church headed off to Israel for ten days - a magnificent trip.
To walk the land where Jesus walked and taught, was a life-changing experience, one we will never forget.

It's a good thing you two were so thin! What a wonderful trip that must have been. My mother traveled to the Holy Land, just a few years before her death, and had a fantastic time, too.

@observing: Yes, it was a magnificent trip - a long flight across the 'big pond', landing in England, then taking off again - about 14 hours in total.

@Barbara: Thank you, Barb, and you could not be more correct. Making the commitment to this trip, when we could barely afford it, was a wonderful decision. What we gained was FAR more than what we 'spent'. xx

It's amazing that every time there is a photograph of you and your handsome hubby you both are just glowing and beaming with happiness and love! You are such wonderful couple! You remind me so much of my husband's grandparents! One couple that I will always admire and love forever!
