Michael Skorulski from Cigel, SlovakiaSeems like all the best places are taken. A fun and interesting image, Judy. 15 Aug 2008 5:20am @Michael Skorulski: Thanks, Michael. Barbara from Florida, United StatesGuess the early bird gets the prime spot. I like the line up of the birds and pilings. Great angle and fun capture. 15 Aug 2008 6:04am @Barbara: Thanks, Barb. Betty from New Jersey, United StatesToo funny the way they are lined up... nice one, Judy! 15 Aug 2008 9:52am @Betty: Thank you, Betty. Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaFabulous, should be on a postcard on every tropical countries, I'd get it ;) 15 Aug 2008 11:20am @Lorraine: The joke is that New Jersey isn't "tropical" - closer to Canada than to Florida! ;D Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesVery nice. I like seeing gulls perched on these pilings. Down here they've begun putting these pointy plastic cones on the piling tops to discourage gulls and pelicans from perching on them. I think there will be a law of unintended consequences that will kick in; the gulls will find somewhere else to perch and it may be less desirable than pilings by the water. 15 Aug 2008 11:20am @Viewfinder: I agree; gulls, water and piling combine into a natural element - 'kick 'em out' and they'll land elsewhere. ;D @Evi: Thank you, 'Dad'. leslie from norwich, United KingdomWell taken i like the way the gulls on posts are all looking one way 15 Aug 2008 2:37pm @leslie: Thanks, Leslie ... tomorrow is a different version and they're not looking the same way. ;D tyan from Singapore, Singaporei find it so hilarious that all of them are looking in a certain direction, like a few drunken men ready to jump into the water!:) 15 Aug 2008 2:45pm @tyan: You're funny ... but absolutely correct! ;D ... Tomorrow is another view - and different. Are you and the boys feeling better? I hope so! Marion from Nanaimo, BC, CanadaThe gathering of the gulls and you know how much I love gull pictures. I'm not sure what it is about them that I love, the togetherness, their constant movement and noise, but I do love them. This is a great shot. 15 Aug 2008 8:02pm @Marion: I love seeing them too - and you'll enjoy tomorrow's shot as well. Observing from West Cheshire, United KingdomHe's such a bully....... can't he see all the posts are taken.! Nice shot Judy I like water shots. 15 Aug 2008 8:30pm @Observing: Thanks ...
