What a beautiful panoramic view of the beach Judy. What a gathering of birds and the blue sky and ocean are wonderful.

27 Jun 2008 5:36am

@Marion: Ohhhhhh, if we only lived closer, I'd be down there ALL the time!

Lorraine from Gatineau, Canada

Isn't it though, love the panoramic view Judy, it's so breathtaking :)

27 Jun 2008 6:07am

@Lorraine: Thank you, Lorraine ... such a restful spot (but it was very hot)!

Mandy Provan from Johannesburg, South Africa

Awesome panorama of the Beach Judy!!1 I love your composition in this shot it is brilliant. The whole scene is very relaxing!

27 Jun 2008 6:15am

@Mandy Provan: If only ......... you know how that goes .......... the whole thing some 3,872 pixels plus is truly dramatic. This image is cropped or else you wouldn't see the birds at all.

Evi from Athens, Greece

@Evi: I agree, Evi, it is beautiful.

27 Jun 2008 9:32am

@Betty: I could stay there for months, but the park closes each evening! ;D

Beautiful......... it looks like paradise, and not only for birds. Great wide-shot.

27 Jun 2008 4:13pm

@Observing: Thank you ... we could have spent a month there (if they'd have let us).

MJ from Delaware, United States

great shot of a beautiful place.... I am checking to see if I see my daughter.HAHA.....she goes there often too

27 Jun 2008 5:30pm

@MJ: Gee, I don't think I can find her in this shot. If she lives close enough to go there "often" - I'm a bit envious, though I know that's not a good trait! ;D

Elisa from Massachusetts, United States

beautiful !!

tyan from Singapore, Singapore

ah yes, lots of company for them too:) just curious,is the beach very dirty from all their droppings?

27 Jun 2008 6:22pm

@tyan: That sandbar that they're on probably is dirty, but when the tide comes in, it's all flushed away into the Gulf of Mexico.

Chris from South Jersey, United States

Very nice and peaceful shot - love the expanse of sand and the beautiful color of the water......

27 Jun 2008 7:55pm

@Chris: Thanks, Chris ... it was very peaceful there, except for the distant sound of the birds, but even that was soothing in a strange sort of way.

Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan
