Blue is my favorite color, so this is a plant that makes me smile.
I'm learning from your work and your constructive comments; please leave suggestions. Blessings, Judy.
Other work is on Webshots; the link takes you to a collection of ladybugs from around the world.

@mosleh: Thank you, Mosleh!
and we all like to see that beautiful smile. Beautifully framed and captured. Are you making your images smaller now for Aminus? I am using the http://gui.picresize.com/picresize2 site and finding it very helpful. Every since they changed their format I have been uploading pictures that are "too big", so had to find a forum that decreased the size but didn't lose any of the detail in the photo. Hugs, Marion

@tyan: Thank you, Ty ... sunlight helps both flowers and people, but we still need some shade, and also rain.

Really nice capture. Plumbagos are amazing plants; they bloom forever here and that's good, because we've got a bunch of 'em planted front and back.

@Viewfinder: You're just far enough south that you probably have no problem with them over the winter. Ours got killed back during that hard, surprise freeze, but she's comin' back!
Beautiful

@Chris: Thank you, Chris ...... it's my favorite blue/green combination.
OH - My GOODNESS!!! I love love LOVE LOVE blue flowers! They are my favorite color flower. It does not matter what kind of flower they are as long as they are blue - and none of that fake blue stuff either. Oh these are darling, i don't think they will grow in VA, but i'm going to look them up now.

@Rabbit: Thank you, Rabbit ........ they are truly my favorite and if you read some of the other comments, others like the color also.
Hardiness: USDA Zones 8B-11. Plumbago can withstand some frosts. Even if killed to the ground, it usually recovers quickly. I'm afraid this doesn't help you. Ours was hit hard by the frosts last winter, but is recovering nicely.
darn <snapping fingers> looks like it needs to be in 8b - - - i live in zone 7b... only a zone away, i suppose i'll just have to look at your flowers and dream.
