Celebrating Two Birthdays!

Have you ever been to a 145th birthday party? We have!!!
Here we are with three of our four grandchildren.

Beautiful smiles. 70 and 75 makes 145. Never thought of that way before. That makes Ray and I 142!! Oh dear.

@tyan: I can almost hear you singing, Tyan ...... yes, my birthday was last month and Mike's is in July, but the kids wanted to celebrate while we were all together.

dear judy was looking back at some of your images,saw this one and it looks a lot like a mythical legendary animal called 'Qi lin' in chinese,it is an animal that has a dragon's head and a deer/lion's(cant rem which) body,which is scaled.And the creature on your bronze urn looked pretty like it.In Chinese legend,this animal is extremely formidable,rare and is supposed to be VERY VERY auspicious,brings good fortune even to those who catch a glimpse of it:)
