Pretty Berries

This was taken right across the road from yesterday's shot on Bayou Drive in Weeki Wachee, Florida.

I think they look like goose berries, so pretty and translucent. Great DOF here Judy. Love it.

@Marion: I've never seen red goose berries, but back in 1960 we ate our first goose berry pie. Our German landlady grew the berries in the back yard; they were plump, green and nothing to look at. The pie was good, as was her onion pie. :D

Very pretty -- excellent capture. I've seen these around in Bradenton, but is this holly or something else? The berries look like holly, but I don't know about those leaves.

Very pretty - the light is great and you used DoF very well. Nice bright colors..

@Chris: DoF did work nicely here. I played with the ISO on this photo and this one was BEST!
