Japanalia from Yokohama, JapanLovely presentation, Judy! The background suits the colours on the little screen! (I'm very fond of miniatures, these folding screens included! We have them here,in shops, with works of famous Japanese painters. I found, well before Christmas, a set of holiday cards imitating folding screens and I showed them to Yoshiyuki. That was the beginning and it evolved into what we have here....which is a far cry from the cards!)As I have said before, we offered them to you because I knew you'd love them! 5 Feb 2008 6:11am @Japanalia: I am so pleased that you like the presentation - it is second-best to actually seeing it, but I do love the silk look of the photo and it wasn't lost in the photo. It's interesting to know how these came into being, Gabriela and you can tell Yoshiyuki for me that he is a master of duplication! Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaRemarkable...striking compo of this brilliant artist 's work:) 5 Feb 2008 6:18am Michael Skorulski from Cigel, SlovakiaIt is beautiful and all the more interesting because of the story behind them. 5 Feb 2008 6:18am Marion from Nanaimo, BC, CanadaAnother beautiful capture Judy.
