This gentleman comes south from Michigan annually, to portray Abraham Lincoln during these civil War reenactments. He walks the fields, mingles with the people and enjoys having his photo taken.
I'm learning from your work and your constructive comments; please leave suggestions. Blessings, Judy.

@Kelly: Thank you, Kelly!
A very good portrait of a very expressive face! He really looks like the portraits of real Lincoln!I wonder if he takes it seriously, because if he does he might come to believe one day that he IS Lincoln......reincarnated! (Did you open the envelope??????We hope you do!)

@Japanalia: He was so willing to have his photo taken, perhaps he is beginning to think he is the original. At your suggestion, I did open the envelope ... you'll be hearing from me!!! xo

@Calusarus: Thank you, Calusarus ... he does look a lot like our famous President.
Excellent portrait with great DOF. The skin tone and details are wonderful Judy. The resemblance is the closest I have ever seen. Your description of his presence at the reenactment and the expression on his face tells me he is proud to look as he does and portray such a famous individual in our history. Nice capture.

@Barbara: Thanks, Barb; I appreciate your comment! It's very interesting that he comes every year and to my knowledge, he earns nothing from it.
Great image. I love the shot.

@Rags: Thank you, 'Rags' from Plano, TX!
I think he is lacking the nose and the adam's apple. But overall, very close! Nice work.

@Bhavin: Yes, you are correct and that's why I called it a "Close Resemblance."
I agree with all of the above comments. This is a great portrait and he resembles Lincoln very much. This gentleman looks like he takes it very seriously, but still enjoys his time.

@Marion Headrick: You're right; he takes it seriously and really gets into his part, but he is also jovial.

@Stéphane: Thank you, Stéphane; I'm delighted that you liked my photo of the Abraham Lincoln look alike. We're pretty partial to the US, but then, we've never had the opportunity to visit France! *smile*
