The effect is such that the red leaves looked almost frozen, just like when you get the strawberries out from the fridge and leave them for a while on a table........so appetizing!And a beautiful shade of red!

@Japanalia: Thank you, "Miss March" ... *smile* ... I'm happy you liked the effect on this Poinsettia plant. The dewdrops on it fascinated me also. I was thankful it didn't drop below freezing.

The composition is very appealing, Judy. It has a natural holiday feel to it. The petals do have a look of frost. Very nice image.
