That is the first time I've seen pyracantha in tree form. I've only seen it in bush form previously. Well documented!

@Craiger: I'd never seen it in tree form before seeing this one. I believe it was planted without benefit of a trellis, maybe supported upright until it grew stronger. It's twisted trunk tells me it struggled during it's growth, but it certainly is beautifully filled with berries! ... Thanks for your comment.

We have plenty of them around and as full of berries...maybe, this year, more then before! You're lucky with that sky that makes the contrast so pleasant!
