Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan

This one has a most fantastic decoration...both on the back of his head and around his neck! What is amazing is that the colour of his face and the apparel make such a beautiful, unique whole! This is one very good shot, Judy!

@Japanalia: Thank you, Gabriela ... he was a striking personality at the Pow Wow!

Great clarity and colorful. The Native American culture is very symbolic. Each piece of their regalia has a meaning or had to be earned. Such as feathers. This fellow has a Roach headdress, made of porcupine hair with feathers. He also wears many claws, including one in his ear. Traditional Pow Wows on tribal land is considered sacred, you can feel the strength of the culture. Native Americans are very proud people.

@Barbara: Dear Barbara, thank you so much for adding to the meaning of this handsome fellow in his regalia. I should have reached out to you before posting it so I could add the details, but hopefully some will read of them in your message. ... Hugs, Judy
