About Judy

I live in Florida, after spending my first half-century in the state of Connecticut (in New England).
My ancestors came from the UK to America in 1633.
I am a 3rd generation photo hobbiest, following in the footsteps of my father and his father.
Oh, how I wish they could see our digital cameras.

I am a wife of 50 years and mother to our children (1 daughter, 1 son + 1 son deceased), grandmother to three granddaughters and one grandson, and currently secretary at our Methodist church.

Capturing the beauty of God's world around me is my passion, whether it's our family, a flower, the skies, ocean, sunrises or sunsets - something that causes contemplation, a smile or hearty laughter. I hope to continue improving my photography and your comments help in that regard. I'm open to constructive criticism and of course compliments don't hurt. *smile*
